Jesus said “You are the light of the world…” (Matthew 5:14) That’s one of the descriptions He gave to His disciples and in doing so, He was referring to the opportunities provided to each one of us to be a person of influence. Letting the light of God’s love, grace, forgiveness and justice shine through us is one of our great privileges (and responsibilities) in the Christian life.
