Warning – this podcast refers to suicide and mental illness.

Today, in association with Hope Street, I speak to Dom, the co-founder of Hope Street. We talk about the challenges of setting up a charitable organisation that aims to help people with wellbeing. Dom also tells us about the challenges and rewards of being a carer for Sheila, the other co-founder of Hope Street, who has had severe mental health issues in the past. We talk about the benefits of counselling and the skill sets needed with caring.
