22.oktober 1944 ble det tyske forsyningsskipet Margareta bombet i Båtsfjord. Lokalbefolkningen rodde ut til vraket under beskytning for å sikre seg noe av lasten. Leif Nylund var 17 år og husker krigen godt. Programleder Tommy Nilsen.
