<p>Shertise Solano is kunstenaar. Twee van haar animaties zijn gekocht door het Stedelijk Museum Schiedam. Solano combineert sinds 2013 theater met beeldende kunst. In 2021 was haar werk te zien als onderdeel van de tentoonstelling Who wants to live in a world without magic? bij TENT in Rotterdam. Haar werk werd in 2016 genomineerd voor de Gerrit van Houten Prijs. </p>
