We talk about his past 10 months learning to shoot a bow, his experiences as a Navy SEAL and how they relate to being successful in other arenas. We also talk about self discipline and how to be better at anything you put your mind to. I dig into Trevor’s past and find out what made this former art major decide to head to the Navy and fight for the country.
