As part of celebrating 10 years in business and the incredible women I've had the privilege of working with, there was no way I could not invite Catherine White onto the podcast.
And here's why.
Catherine reached out to me back in 2019 when she was working in a housing association. At the time, most of my work was with women founders and business owners — but Catherine wanted in. Her organisation invested in her to join the programme… and honestly? That decision didn't just change things for Catherine. It changed things for me too.
She became the catalyst for the work I've now done with housing associations for the past seven years — supporting women across the sector to step forward, speak up, and lead visibly.
