Today's guest is Leanne Moran @leannemoran_com. Leanne is a Nutritional Therapist who specialises in emotional eating and binge eating. This is a vulnerable and hugely interesting conversation where we talk about diet culture, weight and weight loss fads. We talk about where the obsession with weight and weight consciousness came from e.g. the media. Leanne has so many insights in this area and I learned a lot from it.
