Brian interviews Democratic nominee for the US Senate in Iowa, Mike Franken, about a bombshell new poll showing him within striking distance of unseating Chuck Grassley, and whether Grassley’s age (he’d be 95 years old by the end of the term he’s running for right now) is a concern to him. The Democratic nominee for New York’s 10th congressional district and the lead counsel for Trump’s first impeachment trial, Daniel Goldman, also joins to discuss whether Trump will testify for the January 6 Committee, the consequences for failing to show up, and what it’ll mean for Republicans to have a Democratic prosecutor in Congress.
