The day’s NBA news including the biggest All-Star snubs— players including LeBron James going to bat for Devin Booker, while Trae Young, Domantas Sabonis, Mike Conley, DeMar DeRozan, Bam Adebayo, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Jerami Grant, Gordon Hayward, and Fred VanVleet were amongst others who weren’t picked. Also, some NBA action on the floor: Trae Young’s Hawks imploding vs the Cavs, Luka Doncic with a ridiculously good finish vs Jaylen Brown, Jayson Tatum, and the Boston Celtics, and Timberwolves head coach Chris Finch making his Timberwolves debut vs the Bucks with the “loyal” Karl-Anthony Towns restating his desire to stay with the franchise.
