Show Notes
In this episode, I break down why successful people are the most accountable individuals. Simply, they crave accountability, others depending on them to succeed, and they want to be held to a standard.
With the #nodaysoff movement, and striving to get better every single day, you have to have some degree of accountability.\
I recently learned about The Hawthorne Effect. This refers to individuals who modify their behavior or performance when they are being observed or are receiving special attention; individuals have a higher sense of motivation or increased effort when they are being watched and expected to perform at a high level.
Today's challenge:
Where are you missing accountability?
What can you put in place today to increase your accountability? Who can hold you accountable?
Think about this in business, life, relationships, wealth, etc.
