Show Notes

When we started the No Bullsh!t Leadership podcast in 2018, one of our first episodes focused on how to build a High Performing Team. Part mythbuster, part rallying cry for strong leadership, I outlined the essential characteristics that are common to all great teams.

I also identified some attributes that are often said to enhance team performance, even though they do nothing of the sort.

After spending the last seven years interacting with thousands of leaders in pretty much every industry, and across many different cultures, I decided it was time to redefine the principles of high performance.
