Massachusetts Governor Maura Healey ordered inspections of all state-run emergency shelters and a full review of the intake process after an undocumented immigrant was arrested on drug and weapons charges at a Revere hotel. The governor pointed to “the urgent need for Congress and the White House to act on a border security bill to prevent criminals from entering our communities.” Dan was joined by Jon Fetherston, a former Shelter Director for MA under the Healy administration.
