This week the Massachusetts House passed a bill 129-25 that bans the use of social media for kids 14 years old and additionally institutes a bell-to-bell cellphone ban in public K-12 schools. The proposed law now rests with the Senate. As a parent or educator, what’s your opinion on this legislation? Are you for or against it? If passed, the law would take effect this October. How would this law be enforced?
