Operating a hospitality venue during COVID-19 and mandating patrons wear face masks creates many challenges for operators, especially when some of our guests refuse to abide by the rules. As operators, it is our responsibility to protect our team members and our guests against the spread of COVID-19. Having clear guidelines, policies, and operating procedures in place is a must. Then, we must train up our team members who are charged to enforce those guidelines.
