Frank McGovern was born and raised in Philly. Frank is passionate about his family, real estate and sports. Very self-motivated and driven. Franks quotes that he is a Gemini so don't mess with him :) He is the Owner of Building Opportunities LLC, Frank Buys Philly LLC and Frank Flips Philly LLC. He does all things related to real estate including but not limited to wholesale, flip, rentals and develop. Frank went from not knowing what wholesaling was in 2009 and having very little money and no real estate background to owning a successful seven figure real estate business!
