- Tim Walz awkwardly shakes his wife's hand at his first Kamala Harris rally in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
- Walz once fled from police during a 90s DUI (driving under the influence) arrest and later blamed deafness as the cause, though court records dispute his claim.
- Minnesota’s Take Pride Act, which was signed into law by Governor Tim Walz in May of 2023, included a section that redefined the term “sexual orientation” to include pedophiles in the state’s Human Rights Act.
- Walz said in 2018 that he is so pro-abortion, even Nancy Pelosi suggested he dial back his position.
- CNN anchor Jim Acosta on Wednesday corrected Democratic Minnesota Sen. Tina Smith live on-air as she falsely suggested vice presidential candidate J.D. Vance never served in the military.
