- Secretary of State Marco Rubio clashed with host Margaret Brennan on CBS News’ “Face the Nation” Sunday over whether Ayatollah of Iran Ali Khamenei had ordered the creation of nuclear weapons. In a callback to J.D. Vance’s January appearance on the program, Rubio trounced Brennan, calling her question “irrelevant.”
- White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt blasted CNN Monday after the network had to issue a correction to a report that Democratic leaders in Congress were not informed of a strike on Iranian nuclear facilities.
- Hakeem Jeffries never answered the phone when President Trump called to inform him on Iran.
