- Trump gave Biden an open invitation to debate anytime, anywhere, and Biden rose to the challenge, telling Trump to "make my day" in a heavily edited video on social media.
- The Biden campaign is demanding multiple restrictions for the debate.
- Sarah gives her list of restrictions that Trump should demand: no aviator sunglasses, no ear pieces, no monitors/notebooks/notecards, no softball questions, and a drug test must be performed by each candidate before the debate.
- The U.S. Capitol Police announced that a small bag of cocaine had been found in a "heavily trafficked" hallway of its headquarters.
- Stormy Daniels’ husband, fellow adult film star Barrett Blade, said the couple will likely move out of the U.S. if former President Trump is found not guilty in the landmark NY v. Trump case.
