• Nick gives the latest update on the Trump trial.
• CNN chief legal analyst Paula Reid said Tuesday that during the New York business record case, adult film star Stormy Daniels’ cross examination by former President Donald Trump’s lawyers was “devastating.”
• Former President Trump’s trial defense’s cross-examination of porn star Stormy Daniels could lead to the jury having a negative opinion of her, CNN legal analysts said on Tuesday.
• Sarah gives an update on the weather. There will be two rounds of severe weather that will roll through the listening area. Round one will happen between 8 AM- 1 PM. Round two will happen a little later in the afternoon - around 3 PM. It looks like the second round will be a little more severe. The NWS says that we could see hail up to the size of baseballs (30 - 59% in the KSGF listening area). We may also see 60 to 80 MPH wind gusts. Tornadoes will be possible; more likely east of Hwy 65.
• Chris Cuomo ripped Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s team Tuesday for using the “left’s political darling,” former Trump attorney Michael Cohen as a key witness.
• New York City Mayor Eric Adams (D) announced that the city’s Department of Corrections was prepared to imprison former President Donald Trump at Rikers Island.
