Good Tuesday morning! Here's what Nick Reed covers this hour:
- Newly released videos show federal agents arriving to execute a search warrant on the home of the administrator of a local airport in Little Rock, Arkansas. The raid-gone-wrong in the predawn hours of March 19 ultimately led to the death of the administrator, Bryan Malinowski, after a brief standoff with the agents.
- Following Special Counsel Hur's report on President Biden's handling of classified documents in February, in which he recommended against pursuing charges and instead portrayed Biden as an "elderly man with a poor memory," House Republicans issued subpoenas for the documents from Hur's investigation. The subpoenas included requests for President Biden's recorded interview with Hur.
- The DOJ has twice refused to surrender the audio recordings, potentially subjecting Attorney General Merrick Garland to contempt of Congress charges.
