It’s day five and the final day of Royal Ascot and Nick is joined on course by our RMA interview, Luca Brooks Edwards. We hear first from Harry Eustace who joins via FaceTime after landing two Group 1 races this week including yesterday’s Commonwealth Cup. Nick and Luca run through the results on day four and have the reaction of Karl Burke after his filly Venetian Sun landed the Albany and Francis Graffard, who’s Zarigana looked to throw away the Coronation Stakes. On that, Adam Mills looks at how Zarigana’s stride changed once she hit the front but also believes the winner Cercene is a proper Group 1 filly. Jack Jones discusses whether his runner could spring a surprise in this afternoon’s Jersey after a from boost yesterday and to wrap up the first four days, Lydia Hislop provides us with her top five moments so far.

Today we’re coming to you again from Royal Ascot on day 4 where Nick is joined by ITV’s Rishi Persad and the Mirror’s David Yates. Whilst the racing is our main focus, that didn’t stop the team from working in some cricket antics and football chat. But back to the racing we look back on the Gold Cup from yesterday and the triumph for the Gosden, Buick and Godolphin team with comment from trainer and jockey. Then we gets Timeform and TPD’s assessment of the race before moving onto the two Group 1s this afternoon, the Coronation Stakes and the Commonwealth Cup. Join us from Royal Ascot on day 3 as Nick is joined by Charlotte Greenway on course, this time from the pre parade ring. They begin by reflecting the action from day 2 and Ombudsman’s performance in the Prince of Wales’s Stakes and David Johnson of Timeform discusses what sort of figure he might earn. Adam Mills of Total Performance Data also looks at whether the two Ballydoyle horses went too quick on the front end, ruining there chances after the first couple of furlongs. Eve Johnson Haughton very kindly joins us via FaceTime after yesterday’s emotional success in the Windsor Castle Stakes and thinks she has a Group 3 filly running in a handicap tomorrow. Then Nick and Charlotte move onto today’s racing and look at the Gold Cup and whether Trawlerman can capitalise on the absence of Kyprios whilst we also hear from Orlando at Fitzdares on the betting for day 3’s feature.
