O'Connell, then, talks philosophy, why his personal football journey makes him so equipped to coach QBS, and the mentors he looked at and looks to across the league. Lastly, they go into O'Connell's short but sweet broadcasting career and what could have been had he stayed in the booth behind the microphone.
