Congresswoman Elise Stefanik (R-NY-21st) is the founder of E-PAC, who’s mission is to increase the number of Republican women serving in Congress by supporting top Republican female candidates in the primaries and in this election cycle, she worked to get 18 Republican women elected to Congress.
