Daniel is a senior at Watervliet High School Daniel won the Boys Division 3 Individual Regional race at Portage Central, with a time of 16:28. He was 14 seconds faster than the second place finisher. Earlier this season he came in 2nd place at the Berrien County Invitational with a time of 16:27. And his 9th place finish time of 16:16 at the Portage Invitational set a new Watervliet school record for a 5,000 meter races Daniel is also a member of the Watervliet track team, and in the classroom he carries a 4.2 Grade Point Average.
