Virginia Beach-based Kilsar has raised $3.7 million in a seed round co-led by Lightbank and Cotulla Holdings. The company, led by founder Brendan Lawlor, is developing an AI-powered platform, Orion, to modernize aviation maintenance procedures and address workforce challenges in the industry.
