Joe Biden and Hillary Clinton seem to only support waiting for an election cycle when nominating for the U.S. Supreme Court when a republican is in the White House and we have the audio cuts to prove it! Both are now hinting that Biden needs to win the oval office seat so that their party has the opportunity to pack the court with like minded justices, something that Ruth Bader Ginsberg herself says was a bitter partisan tactic and not a smart move.
