Austin Lynch, an 18-year-old from Long Island, faces new conspiracy charges for allegedly plotting a burglary from jail. Hes already accused of murdering his ex-girlfriend, Emily Finn, last November. Finn ended their relationship, but Lynch continued to harass her. Hes accused of shooting her in the head with a shotgun after she visited him to discuss the breakup. Lynch remains in custody, with a court date set for May 4th on the conspiracy charge, which could add up to four years in prison if convicted. His trial competency will be checked again next year.
