Thirty-four-year-old Megan Horney from Staten Island faces indictment for a series of anti-Muslim hate crime assaults in Brooklyns Bay Ridge neighborhood, targeting three victims, including a twelve-year-old girl, in unprovoked attacks last January thirtieth.
