Gusmane Coulibaly, a 27-year-old man, was charged with misdemeanor counts after a chaotic snowball fight in Washington Square Park that injured two NYPD officers. Despite prosecutors inability to link him directly to the officers injuries, he was released on supervised release. Coulibalys previous prank for his YouTube channel, where he harassed strangers in subway stations, led to his arrest.
