New Yorks cannabis scene reaches a significant milestone with the opening of its six hundredth licensed dispensary, Pure Blossoms Cannabis, on the Upper West Side. Michael Rodriguez, a longtime local, celebrated the opening, marking five years since the state legalized recreational weed.
