An 18-year-old, Luis Emmanuel Valencia Ponce, turned himself in to police after stabbing a woman, Lisette Ramales, at a bus stop in Queens. The attack, captured on surveillance video, left Ramales injured but recovering. Ponce, who attempted to flee to Peru, was identified by his father and surrendered at the 115th precinct. Hes now charged with attempted murder and assault.
