49-year-old Kevin Crosby from the Bronx faces manslaughter and DUI charges after a deadly crash in Harlem, killing cyclist Darly Zacarias and injuring several others. Crosby, driving a Hyundai Tucson, rear-ended two cyclists, continued through a bus lane, and collided with a police car, which then hit a parked Lexus. Zacarias died, and another cyclist remains critically injured. This is the first traffic fatality in the 28th Precinct this year.
