Show Notes
The wounds created from bullying and being bullied can impact our lives long after the instances of bullying have occurred. In this episode, I discuss the long term effects bullying has had in my own life, specifically low self-esteem and self-doubt. I also discuss more long-term effects of bullying and how to heal. I also answer a listener question about healing from the fear of abandonment from friends, as well as a listener healing from having mean friends.
