Many adults today are living with the wounding, trauma, and effects of their parents' divorce. Divorce affects all those involved, not just the two getting divorced. In today's episode, I discuss how divorce affects people of all ages. I answer one question from a listener who was a child when their parents got divorced and wants to know how to heal from it. I also answer a question from an adult whose parents are getting divorced today, and the listener wants to know how to feel and process this experience.
