Al Fadi discusses two examples on the early Quranic manuscript corrections based on the book by Dr. Daniel Alan Brubaker; Corrections in Early Quranic Manuscripts.  Today he talks about erasures and insertions.  1. Quran 42: 21, a word (a pronoun) was changed from singular to plural. 2. Quran 30:9 ; a word was erased and nothing was written in its place.  Al asks three questions: First: Why was the correction necessary? Second: What was the intentions behind it? Third: Who authorised this correction? All this causes a lot of damage to the picture muslims paint of the Quran's preservation.
