Otto Schellhammer, a 14-year-old eighth grader from Pittsburgh, holds the only perfect bracket in the womens NCAA tournament, out of over 40 million entries. Hes correctly predicted 48 out of 48 games so far, with just 15 left to go. Otto, who doesnt watch much college basketball, mostly rode the favorites but nailed key upsets, including Virginias double-overtime win over Iowa and Notre Dame over Ohio State. He predicts Texas will win and has a bold call for TCU to upset South Carolina in the Elite Eight. His bracket has a real shot at breaking records if his picks hold up.
