New Orleans police are on the hunt for Jon Anderson, also known as Jon Andersen, who is accused of forgery, filing false public records, and online impersonation. From June 2024 to June 2025, Anderson allegedly submitted fake building and mechanical inspection reports for a property in the 600 block of North Pierce Street. This fraudulent activity poses a threat to city safety by allowing potentially unsafe structures to bypass permitting checks. Investigators discovered that Anderson used a fake email, doctored photos, and phony documents to submit his reports.
