Love the Boot Week kicks off in Louisiana, with Keep Louisiana Beautiful and Coca-Cola joining forces to enhance recycling efforts. The event, running from April 18th to 26th, will see plastic bottles and aluminum cans collected at cleanup sites in 19 parishes, thanks to the Osprey Initiative and drop-off pods. Last year, over 27,000 volunteers removed 514 tons of litter and recycled 16,000 bottles and cans. This year, organizers aim for even greater results. Sign up at LoveTheBoot.org to participate.
