Manmeet Singh, facing vehicular homicide charges for a drunk-driving crash that killed Patricia Saidu, is still on the run. Saidu, a recent Xavier University graduate with dreams of becoming a pediatrician, was killed in the fiery collision. Singhs blood alcohol level was twice the legal limit. Despite efforts to arrest him, he remains at large, possibly in California, New York, New Jersey, or India.
