Special Guest Randy Cameron joins actor/comedian Greer Barnes (HBO’s Crashing, Chapelle Show, and Red Oaks), Jan Roberts, LCSW, and Jahan Marcu, Ph.D, on this weeks show. Randy discusses balancing his acting career with social justice activism. Randy help members of his community learn how to use hydroponics for sustainable agriculture, including hemp and fish farming. After developing a seizure disorder (a form of epilepsy) while on a fishing trip, Randy found that the symptoms were effectively treated with cannabis. Mr. Cameron now wants to bring education about the therapeutic potential of hemp and CBD to his community through his new project and community center, Brooklyn Sprouts, which opens in June in NYC. The group discusses the history of the word and smoking device called a “bong”, which was the word of the day. The group takes a break to play guess the fake cannabis news headline.
