機場櫃檯人員發現兩位旅客的回程機票並不是原來抵達的地點，於是再次與旅客確認，原來旅客的計畫是先從紐約旅行再到洛杉磯跨年。確認票卷無誤後，機場人員會提醒所有登機注意事項，例如登機閘口、登機時間、協助寄送行李，也別忘記行李的重量限制是23公斤，千萬不要超重囉。
