現在有許多同學都有過敏的問題，像是鼻子過敏或是氣管咳嗽等問題，為了調整體質有許多的家長希望孩子吃中藥，中藥又黑又苦往往讓同學們難以下嚥。不過中藥草藥卻是在一百多年前人類很重要的藥草，可以幫助人們治療或是紓解症狀的方式喔，不妨讓我們一起認識這古老的智慧吧。
