Hunters... it's almost time to start submitting your big game applications! The big game application period opens on Monday, March 16 at ndowlicensing.com. NDOW has multiple resources, including the Big Game Hunting Regulations, bonus point data(see links below) and Big Game Application Seminars on March 25 in Reno and Las Vegas(see page 34 of regulations book).
In this week's Nevada Wild, Ashley Sanchez and Aaron Keller sit down with NDOW's new Game Division Administrator Mike Scott and Big Game Staff Specialist Cody McKee. They map out important dates, explain changes hunters should be aware of, share some big game strategies.
