NDE TV Host Pegi Robinson presents Jeffrey Welsh. When Jeff was a teenager he was speeding on his motorcycle and hit a truck head-on, that his sister was driving. Jeffrey left his body and followed his sister as she ran to the house and told their mother "I killed Jeff!' Jeffrey's story moved us both to tears.
