On this episode, host Tim Storey sits down with Paul Danczyk, director of Executive Education in Sacramento for the University of Southern California Sol Price School of Public Policy. As important for NCSL, Danczyk is the co-director of the Legislative Staff Management Institute, which has provided hundreds of senior legislative staffers from around the nation with the opportunity to develop and enhance their management and leadership skills.
