It was far from perfect, but NC State found a way to pull out a 38-21 win over Western Carolina in the 2024 season opener. The Wolfpack got a career-high three touchdowns from Kevin Concepcion and two TDs from Jordan Waters, as both finished with more than 100 yards on the night.
But early miscues by the offense and a few mistakes on defense left the door wide open for Western to pull off a massive upset.
