Starting a business was never part of the plan for Tom Jauncey, the founder of Nautilus Marketing.
He originally studied to be - and worked as - an actor, but quickly became disillusioned with the industry.
Despite the ups and downs, Nautilus Marketing has grown significantly, both financially and in terms of the size of the team.
Tom attributes this success to the hard work and dedication of the "nerds" who make up the team.
Over the past few years, he's learned a lot as a business owner and has come to appreciate the value of a strong team and good service delivery.
