Carolyn is a woman who has taken the challenges of life and repurposed them for good. Her favorite title is Mimi. Upon being diagnosed with breast cancer in 2005 she learned about the power of whole food nutrition and feels compelled to share that message with others. Her motto is Dream Big All Things are Possible. She loves to say that her mission is turning lemons into lemonade while Inspiring Healthy Living Around the World. She believes THE ANSWER TO HOW IS YES. She now has more energy, more passion, and more purpose and is on a mission to help families achieve optimal health in all areas of their life.
