Today Rob is joined on the first episode of Frontline Mindset by Firefighter Ernie Young of the Gunnnison Volunteer Fire Department in Gunnison Colorado. Ernie sits down on Episode 1 to talk about what being a Gunnison Firefighter requires in a district that encompasses over 2,000 square miles. When Ernie is not volunteering, he keeps busy as the Western Region Sales Manager for Rosenbauer.
