A nurse working on a covid ward in British Columbia, Glenn Aalderink describes the situation in the hospital - the illogical mask and personal protective equipment policies, the lack of an overflow of patients in the hospital despite media reports to the contrary, and the unwillingness of management to discuss the policies and nursing ethics. He eventually began to organize rallys against the mandates with other like-minded workers and soon after was disciplined and terminated, forcing him to find new work in an unrelated field.
